Terms and Conditions

 

  • Rates are quoted in USD and are based per guest per night. They include all taxes.
  • Methods of payment: Payment may be made by bank transfer/deposit.
  • Cancellation terms for holidays: For Christmas and Semana Santa, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Reservations for these periods are non refundable.
  • Cancellation terms for dates outside of holidays: For all dates outside of Christmas and Semana Santa, 50% of prepayment is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% of payment is due one month in advance. In case of cancellation more than one month in advance, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded. For all other cancellations less than one month in advance, no refund will be given.
  • Any benefit not utilized during the stay period is not redeemable or exchangeable for other services.
  • Space is subject to availability and offer is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Minimum Stay: A 3-night minimum stay is required during regular season and a minimum of 7 nights stay is applicable during the holiday seasons: Easter, and 21 December to 5 January.
  • Children: Teenage children are welcome with their parents. Please consult us for separate cottage accommodation information. An extra charge of US $150 plus tax and service per night is applicable per child. Kids under 3 years old are free.
  • Airport Transfers: Transfers from Puerto Escondido Airport are included and from Huatulco International Airport are included for groups of 6 or more. Contact us for details.
  • For tipping, it is usual to give 100 pesos per day and per guest.
  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT REQUIRED : US$ 1000.-
